Back to dialing in my fitness, took the week off to focus on business & organizing

Made a lot of updates to bradymwilson.com, I have been vibe coding with ChatGPT + Codex. While doing that I am learning how to code from analyzing how the AI codes then asking questions where I have curiosities/knowledge gaps.

I plan on running ~12 miles this week—4 runs, 3 miles each—working back to Minimal Maintenance which will be ~18 miles per week—3 runs, 6 miles each—I might add a few miles to Minimal Maintenance every once in awhile. I will stay at Minimal Maintenance for right now because my main focus is on working two part-time jobs while I build my businesses for the next 10-20 years. Minimal Maintenance is between ~36-42% of Peak. I will only be in Peak when I am close to running a marathon.

This is the beginning of a whole new wave of growth for me, I am so excited for what the future holds. This is Exploration.
