Day by day, gotta keep going even when it’s hard

Made a couple last minute updates to bradymwilson.com

I was slackin on my fitness this week. I only ran one time—did ~4 miles near the end of the week, 1/3 of my goal. Lifted one time, cold plunged two times (~4 minutes each, ~8 minutes total), jumped in the sauna one time for ~20 minutes. I don’t like having weeks like this, it is discouraging. The truth is I was really struggling with my anxiety, depression, and stressing out about how I can build my life for the future. This week is going to be different, I’m up at 5am right now ready to get locked in. I have ~12 miles on the books this week—3 runs, ~4 miles each run—still working to get back to Minimal Maintenance. That starts today, ~4 miles.
