Didn’t make many updates to bradymwilson.com, focused on creating content and getting my fitness dialed back in.
Missed my goal of ~12 miles this week by 3 miles, learned that recently ~3 days of running per week is going to be enough for how busy I am right now. This week I plan on running ~12 miles—3 runs, 4 miles each. I will keep increasing the mileage each week until I reach Minimal Maintenance—3 runs, 6 miles each. I might throw a long run in here and there.
